The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 27, 2022, authorized under the authority of §30-6-6 of this code, modified by the Board of Funeral Examiners to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on October 4, 2022, relating to the Board of Funeral Service Examiners (fee schedule, 6 CSR 07), is authorized with the following amendment:

On page 5, subdivision 4.1.6. Apprentice by striking out “$220.00” and inserting in lieu thereof “$200.00”
